Who we help

We help telemedicine practices predictably grow revenue with our all-in-one digital marketing system. We only work with telemedicine practices that offer services priced above $1,000 — and practices that can deliver these services virtually, without patients needing to physically visit the practice location. The telemedicine practices we work with have the desire and the capacity to work with a higher patient volume across a broad geographical range, but lack the systems, tools, and strategies to scale patient acquisition with digital marketing.

Our Story

Part 1: Solve A Problem For Practice Owners

It all started back in 2012 when I (Drew Williams) was a first-year dental student at Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine. At that time, Google, Facebook, and Youtube were proving to be very effective advertising platforms for businesses. Knowing this, I began talking with dental practice owners offering to help attract new patients to their practice through digital marketing systems. I started learning everything I could about patient acquisition through digital marketing, and my consulting business was born.
Part 2: Growing My Own Four Practices

After four years of building & implementing digital marketing systems for clients, I began leveraging these same marketing systems to grow four of my own practice locations that a business partner and I started. After successfully growing these four practice locations for four years, I sold my majority equity in these practices.
Part 3: Helping Other Practice Owners Attract New Patients

Over the last 10 years, I've worked with many other practice owners to help grow their practice with digital marketing systems. In that time, I've spent over $5,000,000 on advertisements across Google, Youtube, and Facebook platforms while generating an average 4:1 return on ad spend and creating over $20,000,000 of revenue directly attributable to our digital marketing systems.
Part 4: Telemedicine Removes Constraints Of Digital Marketing

For most practices, there are two major constraints to scaling a digital marketing strategy:
1: Small geographical range to advertise: most patients are only willing to drive so far to visit the practice.
2: Requirement for in-person office visits: delivery of service takes place physically in the practice.

In this new era of telemedicine, small geographical ranges in which to advertise and the requirement for in-person office visits are no longer constraints to digital marketing strategies. For these two reasons, telemedicine is undoubtedly where digital marketing can have the greatest impact in the healthcare space. When you can combine a high-ticket telemedicine service with a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and execution experience, there is massive upside potential for the practice to scale revenue.

About Drew Williams, MSc, DMD

Drew is originally from London, Ontario Canada. Drew studied at the University of Western Ontario and McGill University before moving to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to complete a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Nova Southeastern University. Drew now resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife, Kacy, and enjoys travelling, adventures in the Rocky Mountains, and continuing to perfect the art of patient acquisition through digital marketing.
